Refund Policy
All service fees rendered by Titanide Consulting Group are non-refundable once strategy sessions, consultations, or service execution have begun. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of executive leadership if no value has been delivered and no time or resources have been allocated. To request a review, please email info@titanideconsulting.com with full documentation.
Return Policy
Due to the digital and consultative nature of our services, Titanide Consulting Group does not accept returns. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review scopes of work and service agreements prior to engagement. If you have concerns about the deliverables received, we invite you to contact our support team for resolution.
